The venue
One property, three ways to use it
The grounds run from the road down to the lagoon, which means a dinner for thirty and a wedding for three hundred both sit comfortably. Everything is outdoors and open to the water.

How it works
Take the whole thing, or just the ground
Some couples want everything handled — catering from the Maalu kitchen, decor, sound, coordination, the lot. Others have their own decorator, their own band, their own ideas, and want the lawn and the lagoon to put them in. Both are fine, and so is anything in between.
Full service
One of our three wedding menus plus decor and floral, stage, seating, dance floor, sound and lighting, all arranged and run by us. One point of contact from the first site visit to the last guest.
Somewhere in between
Most events land here. Take our catering and bring your own decorator, or the reverse. Tell us what you already have and we will quote for the rest.

Three wedding menus
If you would like us to cater, there are three menus to choose from. Each is build-your-own — you pick from every course, and the number of choices grows with the package. Bites are unlimited until the buffet opens, and the buffet itself is unlimited while it is served.
Classic
The essentials done properly: welcome drink, appetizer, soup, two salads, rice, noodles or pasta, fish, chicken, pork, three vegetables, three condiments and four desserts. Tiffany chairs included.
Signature
More of everything — two appetizers, three salads, two noodle or pasta dishes, a beef or mutton course, four vegetables, four condiments and five desserts. Tiffany or cross-back chairs.
Grand
Our fullest menu, with a seafood course, biryanis and nasi goreng, two rice dishes, two beef or mutton dishes, four salads, five vegetables and six desserts. Tiffany or cross-back chairs.
